Examinees received an error when they submitted their exam. The error was orange and said the exam was not successfully submitted. When the trainees attempted to resume the exam, their answers were not saved.

The default behavior for the App is to cash and sync whenever the connection is made available. However, if there was no cash of the students responses and app did not crash while submitting the students response there might be a deployment issue with the app itself (it may require un-installation/re-installation of the app in that specific device.).
